I run TravelPhil to answer the questions I had on arrival and that most guides settle in three lines: which month suits which island, what a day on a boat really costs, which ferry keeps to its timetable. Every fare and every schedule published here is checked at the source and dated. When a figure comes from an operator, an official text or a public dataset rather than from my own time on the ground, I say so.
